Acceptance by Locality
The center has been accepted by the locality to be its own creation through active and family like participation and contribution by families in this locality. It is now spread in a space of 3000 square feet, and it has a full-fledged temple, a Kindergarten, seminar hall, meeting rooms, a community kitchen which serves food to under-privileged through the popular Food-for-Life program and its multi-media team to create audio and video content and to publish the content through its on-line presence.
Impact
With the impact in individual, family and social values being observed by everyone in the impacted locality, there is a continuous growth of regular attendees, associated individuals and families in the regular programs and activities of this Hare Krishna Centre. With this, there is now and imminent need to expand the physical space and to connect to more people of the society to replicate and enhance the positive social impact.Hare Krishna Centre is proud to have been able to reach this far, through self-sustained financial means and through contributions received voluntarily from the society.
